Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Urban Buyer Commercial website and the information made available through it. They are not an engagement agreement for property advisory, acquisition, negotiation, advocacy or other professional services. Any such services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the relevant parties.

We will only provide services when the scope, fees and other terms are agreed in a separate written engagement agreement.

Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a separate written engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
