Daniel has more than 20 years of experience across construction, law, property development, real estate and business.

He holds a Bachelor of Building with Honours and a Master of Law from UTS and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent and licensed builder in NSW and Queensland.

His experience as a builder, developer, lawyer and development manager allows him to assess commercial property from multiple perspectives, considering its current performance, potential and underlying risks.

ADRIAN SERENI

(EXECUTIVE BUYER’S AGENT)

Adrian has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has contributed to combined team sales exceeding $1 billion.

Before moving into buyer advocacy, he spent more than 15 years as a leading selling agent and was ranked among Australia’s Top 100 real estate agents nationally on multiple occasions.

His understanding of sales strategy, agent behaviour and negotiation gives UB Commercial clients a valuable advantage when assessing opportunities and securing favourable terms.
